Who we are

I'm Geoff Greenwood - FCCA MBA MSc and Founder

Geoff is a performance specialist who combines all the latest research and evidence from performance and sports psychology, neuroscience and the behavioural sciences to blend into a no nonsense practical approach towards performance enhancement.


Over 20 years experience in sport, business, leadership and all the high pressure vocations and professions helps him to understand your challenges and have the answer for your solution.
